"Proposed" Development for Clow Ranch

Please go to our website www.coventrymanor.net** which will
show what has been “Proposed” by the developer for Clow
ranch – (the development resides directly behind our
neighborhood property lines).
I’m actually meeting with Paul Spain, the developer, next
week to go over. I’ll let you review and come to your own
conclusions.
Upon hearing the details of the proposal, the HOA will plan
to mail out a notice to all Coventry Manor neighbors.
I’d appreciate any feedback/concerns/recommendations in
advance of this meeting next week, so we discuss
collectively for the best interest of our
neighborhood/community. Additionally, we have roughly 50%
of our neighborhood on email alerts. Talk to your
neighbors and see that they are aware and provide input
also. Please call or email me with anything you would like
addressed.
