NEW Update on Clow Ranch/Shady Oaks

Last Thursday, Southlake Planning & Zoning met to review
“Shady Oaks” (the proposed development for Clow ranch).
After much discussion, the current proposed development has
been tabled for 2 weeks for additional/further review.
The new meeting will take place on Thursday, August 23rd at
6:30pm. I encourage your attendance to
support/oppose/review.
The purpose and object of the Planning and Zoning
Commission is to act as an advisory board to the City
Council in matters designated by ordinance and state law.
Last week, the P&Z board voted to table the discussions to
see the developer go back and tweak the current proposed
development or provide the developer the opportunity to
resubmit something different/new.
By law, residents within 200 feet of the platted
subdivision will be notified by mail of the proposed
changes (primarily, residents residing on Turnberry,
Suffolk Court and Land’s End Ct)
