Update on Clow Ranch

PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING THIS THURSDAY, AUGUST 23 6:30PM
– TOWN SQUARE
The link below will take you to the new proposed
development for Clow Ranch. It appears the modifications
from the second proposal include a larger green belt area
on Peytonville entrance and also an additional drainage
pond near in west plat corner.

Residents that are within 200 feet of the development were
notified previously. No new notices will be submitted to
residents. Effected residents are listed on this link.
ALL Coventry residents are encouraged to review and submit
feedback regardless if you are able to attend the P&Z
meeting. Please review proposed development and EMAIL the
Planning and Zoning department @
lfletcher@ci.southlake.tx.us and express you’re approval
and/or opposition to this new proposal. Please have SHADY
OAKS listed in the subject line.
