Gas Mineral Rights Alert

FYI.
As mineral rights were being reviewed, it was found that in 1943 that the owner retained 50% mineral rights. This represents about 60% of Coventry, including the majority of our common area. Will impact residents on NW side. Suffolk and south-east Turnberry are fine. I'm waiting on a map that will show exactly. If it splits a property, CHK will pay full interest.
