Lost Pet - Cat

Please be on the lookout for a grayish black striped short hair cat. His name is PEPPER. He may or may not have his collar on. (He can get out of it. He can also open our back door, and I'm beginning so suspect he can unlock it!!!)
He is NOT an outdoor cat and has NO front claws, so, obviously, we'd like to get him back indoors as soon as possible. My kids are so sad and scared and worried.
