Coventry Manor updates

Color Innovation is scheduled to paint our street lamps and mailboxes. Weather permitting, they will begin @ 9am on Monday, May 4th. To verify receipt of this notice, we need you to please email dyeats@msn.com or call 817.821.1585.
There is no charge to residents for this service. If you have a new mailbox (within last year), they will provide touch ups if necessary.
Other neighborhood items;
- As a reminder, you do need to submit an ACC form for any outside changes to your dwelling and lot. Forms can be obtained online at www.coventrymanor.net, under HOA PDF documents or you can contact Real Manage @ service@realmanage.com
- Real Manage will be contacting delinquent residents for HOA dues. Late letters have been sent and payment is required immediately to avoid collections/liens.
