We had our annual HOA meeting last week.  Thank you to the residents that attended and for your feedback.  Copies of meeting minutes, YTD financials and approved budget can be found on our website, under HOA PDF Documents. We have retained the management firm, Real Manage.  Effective 12/1/08, residents will need to use their Customer Service toll free number to gain assistance through our Resident Advisors at 1-866-473-2573   (1-866-4-RealService).  Real Manage will proceed with sending out statements for 2009 HOA assessments. As a reminder, yearly assessments of $700 are due by January 25th in order to avoid any penalty or late fees.   We will be sending out additional information shortly in regards to the duties and responsibilities of Real Manage and contact information.   Michele Packard 214.704.5180
